How do I track my Lilla go Mira order status? 

You will receive a tracking number when your order is sent from us and can check the tracking at any time through our shipping partners website.

Can I change or cancel my Lilla go Mira order? 

Once we have packaged and shipped your order we cannot change or cancel this. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please refer to our refund policy or contact hei@lillmira.com for help.

I’m having trouble placing my order, what do I do? 

Please email hei@lillmira.com and explain the issue you are having; we will get back to you within one working day. When paying, please ensure your billing address matches your card that you are paying with and double check that the numbers have been entered correctly.  

How do I order a gavekort? 

We offer electronic gift cards on our website of varying amounts, simply head to our shop and choose the amount you would like and who you'd like it sent to! These are valid for one year from purchase and can only be used on lillogmira.com.


How do I get in touch with someone directly from Lilla og Mira?

We are here for you. Send an email to hei@lillmira.com and include how you would prefer to be contacted and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We are also available for a DM on Instagram @lillaogmira. 


How do I clean my dress(es)? 

Cold hand-wash, hang to dry. Refer to our care guide for more tips!

How do I find the right size and fit? 

Our products are a relaxed fit. Refer to our sizing guide for measurements and details on sizing.

What if the dress I like has sold out of my size? 

Get in contact with us hei@lillamira.com or by Instagram DM, and we will check if we are able to order more in for you! We will then make one in that size and style available on our webstore for you too purchase. Please allow up to one month for us to get the new order in and then shipped to you. 

We currently don't carry over size Large, but we are working on carrying XL and XXL. Please let us know if you would like this and which style, we will check with our supplier!
